At Transform 2 Fitness, we strive towards delivering only the best to our customers. However, we understand that there is always a scope of improvement and to serve our customers better, we have put in place this return and replacement Policy (Return and Refund Policy). We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 01st Jan 2024.
- 1. We do not have a replacement or return policy for items sold on our website (“All Products”)
- 2. We at “Transform 2 Fitness”, ensure that items we ship/sell undergo several levels of quality check before being dispatched. However, customer satisfaction is also of utmost importance to us and therefore in case any item is delivered to you in a tampered, faulty, or damaged state, you may send the pictures of such item to us at transform2fitness.contact@gmail.com/ WhatsApp: 9438126661
- 2.1. All complaints / replacement requests shall be checked by our team. On being satisfied of any quality issue with the item, we shall send a new item to your address. Please note that the decision of “Transform 2 Fitness” team shall be final and conclusive with respect to any replacement request.
- 2.2. In case we are out of stock for such item, our team shall get in touch with you and communicate the expected date of availability of such product. In case such a delayed delivery is not acceptable to you, we shall process your refund.
