Hi and thanks for visiting my site!

 

My name is Vicky Yeingst and I am a Triathlon Coach and a Personal Trainer.  I have been coaching for over 10 years now, and have a strong passion for

promoting health and fitness, and helping my clients transform to live a healthy lifestyle.  Listed below are the types of services and training that I offer.

Types of training

Train for a triathlon – 1st timer or improve your time 

 

Improve swim technique or learn how to swim
