Impacted over 350 people to help transform them to a fitness level that is now a part of their daily life.

My goals as a personal trainer & coach – to live and promote fitness and help others to achieve a healthy way of life through individual & group coaching/training.   I develop and lead very successful training programs, and educate the clients as I train them.  I provide periodization training and I listen and communicate effectively, offering continuous feedback as I monitor their progression.

I love working with teams, and creating group camaraderie.  I also work well with individuals and help clients to identify and achieve their goals.  I am highly effective in motivating others, and will take them through programs that are safe and effective, and help them to achieve their goals.  Programs are challenging while achievable.   With personal training, triathlons, walking, running, swimming, biking, or any other sport, participating and getting fit gives clients a purpose, a sense of achievement as it builds self-respect, discipline and a sense of accomplishment.  And, it helps them to reach a state of health that transforms them to a fitness level that vastly improves physical and mental capacity.  True success of a coach is a client’s success, and their continuation after the sessions/program(s) is over.  More importantly, the client is much more knowledgeable, and has learned how to apply health and fitness into their daily routine.  My goals are to create a healthy lifestyle(s) that sticks for life, not just for a season.

I worked in corporate for many years, and had the opportunity to begin coaching on the side.  It is now my life ambition to help transform folks into fitness. I have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and I have a high energy level to help keep participants going.   I have been active for over 20 years, have trained and competed in many racing events, and it has been a great life changing experience for me.  I want to share and promote that experience with others.

I am married to Dan, also an athlete/triathlete, and I have 1 daughter who is married, and I have 1 lab - Parker.  She loves to swim and I love to coach!

Come join my team!
