 | Meet Matt April 2011 Matt trained with Vicky on and off for 2 years. We did a lot of Functional Training together several times a week along with some good cardio. Matt learned the value of exercising the right way so that he could loose the weight properly and not get injured, and continue to train and reach his goal. We impoved his overall posture & neuromuscular activity to recruit more muscles to support his movement(s) in all three planes of motion along with some good training mechanics. Matt has now lost close to 100 lbs. A big congratulations to Matt! |

So often in life we allow ourselves to lose perspective on the truly important things like our health. Vicky has helped me to
realize that my health is a priority. When I began with Vicky I weighed 428 lbs. She has designed a program that has allowed
me to not just lose weight, but to gain back my strength, flexibility, and balance. Vicky has inspired me to push that extra mile
to see real results. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs. With Vicky’s help and motivation, I am on the right track.
