If you are a novice (beginner) or an intermediate, and are looking to get into a training program, or need some one on one training, you are in the right place.  Or, if you are NOT an athlete at all but have a desire to get into shape...maybe you were once there and years have gone by...or you have never been exposed to any type of exercise training in your life...you still are in the right place...you have an opportunity to be transformed to Fitness!

         Types of training

         Train for a triathlon – 1st timer or improve as a triathlete
